2026
This intensive hockey program emphasizes high-repetition, game-applicable skill building over traditional flow drills, focusing on isolating specific scenarios like pre-scanning, puck protection, and quick-release shooting. Each day includes two on-ice sessions and one rotating off-ice session covering Hockey IQ, physical training, nutrition, and sports psychology. This holistic approach ensures players develop the mental and physical tools necessary for elite performance. To provide long-term value, the program concludes with a 1-on-1 virtual "exit meeting" where coaches analyze individual strengths and progress. This meeting results in a personalized player development plan, giving athletes a clear, actionable roadmap for their future growth. By replacing standard cone work with situational, high-frequency training and professional-grade support, the program bridge the gap between practice and real-game execution, fostering technically proficient and tactically aware players ready for the next level.
