Our coaches split the ice into separate skill sessions where they run drills which they do at the highest levels.

6:15 - 6:45pm Video / Dryland Warmup

7:00 - 7:50pm Skating & Skills Focused Drills

8:00 - 9:00pm Situational Drills & Small Area Games

Cromwell Skills Camp

Our camp will include 2 ice sessions per day as well as a sports psych coach, off-ice training, and a video session.

The first session of the day will focus on college and professional level skills and skating. The second session will include small games for implementation of those skills.
